Dell Photo 924

For decent photos and fast documents, the Dell Photo 924 is worth checking out. Photos looked good, but they printed very wet. The 924 was the slowest of the group, averaging 5:39  and 6:18 for 4 x 6- and 8 x 10-inch prints. Graphics and photos in business documents were only okay, but they came out pretty fast, at 6:10. The 924 produced excellent scans at 43 seconds and copies at 1:20. The photocopy quality was poor, with text and photos severely faded. If all you care about is fast documents, the 924 is fine, but for true multifunctionality, go with the Canon.
