FujiFilm has always had a reputation for doing things a bit differently, and the A350 is the lone camera in this price range sporting an xD memory card slot as well as a massive 5.2-MP sensor. Unfortunately, this camera has a decidedly unfriendly interface, with most controls only accessible from the LCD’s menu system and a clumsy, hard-to-use Zoom control. You can record video, but only at 320 x 240 pixels and 15 fps. When you switch to Macro mode, the zoom is completely disabled. This camera’s worst sin, though, is that its image quality is mediocre at best; skin tones are too red, the flash runs hot, and the focus is a bit soft.
