The JBL On Stage Micro is a circular mini-speaker (6 inches in diameter, 1.8 inches high) with an iPod dock in the middle. This ultra-portable unit comes with its own carrying bag, which holds the included AC adapter and wireless remote. The sound was very clear with good power for the size, though the speaker lacked bass.
A compartment for four AAA batteries is located on the bottom, and the back of the device houses the audio in and out ports, a power jack, and a standard USB 2.0 miniplug.
